Gordy, The problem some folks have would be the primer pocket will get starched out with the oversize from the overseas primer. I don't have problems as overseas primers is all I happen to be applying due to price.I believe the OP resolved the why in his article. He was curious whether what "Anyone already is aware" is really proper or not.   - Y
